For the hyperlinks to work inside of Goodnotes you have to be in READ ONLY mode. The photo with the RED ARROW is how it’s supposed to look when you’re in read-only and when your hyperlinks will work, if you are in the other setting when you are writing, the hyperlinks will not work, this is standard in Goodnotes, and has nothing to do with my file.
